Meet Our Founder and Head of School

Rooted in her Christian faith and driven by a passion for early childhood education, Ashley C. Carter founded Little Collegiate Academy to serve children and families with love, excellence, and compassion. With over a decade of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and PreK specialist, Ashley understands the importance of fostering both academic growth and spiritual development in young learners. She believes that education is not just about building minds but also nurturing hearts with Christ-like values such as kindness, integrity, and love.

Ashley holds a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction and several certifications, and she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, with plans to graduate in December 2025. Guided by her faith, she strives to cultivate a warm and enriching environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their God-given potential.

Through her leadership, Ashley’s goal is to empower the next generation with both the skills and moral compass they need to thrive in school and life. At Little Collegiate Academy, faith, family, and community are at the heart of everything, creating a place where children are prepared not just for academic success, but for a life filled with purpose.
